This introductory training is for mental health and wellness professionals, and those called to help heal others, regardless of degree or license, who are interested in learning how to use hypnosis to assist clients with their desired behavior modification through access to the subconscious mind. Accessing the subconscious mind allows the professional to guide the client to the source of their dysfunctional behavior patterns and create lasting change through post-hypnotic suggestions and NLP techniques such as ego strengthening, extinguishing unwanted patterns, reframing, anchoring a resource state, and collapsing anchors.

The Wellness Institute, provider number 1581, is approved to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program.
