The Mentorship Program

If accepted into the Mentorship Training Program (by application and invitation after completion of the PTI Leadership course), you begin attending the Mentorship workshops 3 times per year. There is no guarantee of moving to subsequent steps based on completing any given step in the Mentorship Program. Advancement, if applied for, is based on evaluations by oneself, other Mentorship Program participants, and the Program leaders.

Potential Advancement:

• Assist an Internship
• Assist Six-Day Trainings
• Lead Supervision groups
• Teach Six-Day Trainings
• Teach Internships
